What are the standard permitted amount and duration of installation payments?

According to the point 4 of “Implementation Summary of Approval of Installment Payment for Administrative Enforcement Events,” permitted amount and duration of installment payments should comply with the following regulations:
1. Normal case of amount less than NT 200,000 can be split into 2 to 6 times.
2. Special case of amount equal or more than NT 200,000 and less than NT 1,000,000 can be split into 2 to 8 times.
3. Special case of amount equal or more than NT 1,000,000 and less than NT 3,000,000 can be split into 2 to 16 times.
4. Special case of amount equal or more than NT 3,000,000 can be split into 2 to 36 times.
If payments still cannot be fulfilled by the highest duration in the standards above, given recognized facts and special situations, one can apply for further extension with consent of the director or authorized execution officer. But the highest split is 36 times.
The execution amount mentioned above includes original amount, tax, interest, and other related fee. Each split duration is one month.
